Pacific Palms Resort would like your event to run as smoothly, comfortably and productively as possible.  For this reason, we are offering a Complete Meeting Package, which includes the following:

Dedicated Pre-Conference Planning Assistance

Overnight guest room accommodations

Meeting Room:

  • Includes (1) general session room and (1) break-out room
  • Sound resistant, designated tackable or tapeable wall surfaces, pads & pens

Internet

  • (1) Hard-line Internet Connection, for groups of 50 or more (upon request)

High-tech Audio Visual equipment and technician services, including:

  • (1) Podium
  • (1) Standard Wired Microphone
  • (1) Built-in projection screen or tripod screen
  • (1) Flipchart with markers
  • (1) LCD projector for groups of 50 or more
  • (1) Extension cord and power strip

Food and Beverage including:

  • Cima Restaurant Breakfast Buffet with a complete variety of breakfast items
  • Continuous Morning Continental Breakfast & Break with water station, chilled juice, coffee, decaf, hot tea, iced tea, fresh seasonal fruit, granola bars and a rotating selection of assorted muffins, pastries, and breakfast breads.
  • *Conference Lunch Buffet in Cima Restaurant featuring a display of specialty salads, freshly made soup, sandwich buffet, selection of hot entrees, tantalizing desserts, iced tea, fresh brewed coffee and hot tea.
  • Continuous Afternoon Break with water station, coffee, decaf, hot tea, iced tea, soft drinks, fresh whole fruit, and a rotating selection of dry snacks, trail mix, brownies, cookies, and snack bars.
  • *Conference Dinner Buffet in Cima Restaurant featuring a display of specialty salads, freshly made soup, selection of hot entrees, tantalizing desserts, iced tea, fresh brewed coffee and hot tea.

*Please Note
*Conference dining in Cima Restaurant requires a minimum of 25 people for lunch and 40 people for dinner (may occur with combined groups). Should the minimum 25 people count not be met, Red Restaurant or another designated area may become the meal venue, with a pre-selected menu option. The Lunch sandwich buffet is not included when the event does not occur in Cima Restaurant.
**A 10 person minimum is required to reserve this package.  With a group guarantee less than 10, a fee per person will be charged for the difference. Service charge and tax will not be applied to the difference.
***The maximum indoor/outdoor combined lunch seating capacity for Cima Restaurant meeting package groups is #250 guests. A per person “package credit” will apply should a package group not fit into Cima Restaurant or, choose to have a private catered meal. The package credit will be applied toward the price of regular catering menus.  The credits are $10 for breakfast, $15 for lunch and $20 for dinner.

Package rates are priced per person, per day. Rates include taxable service charges but do not include applicable taxes.
