Department: CULINARY Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF Qualifications: An experienced Executive Chef at a similar hotel/resort property. At least 10years culinary experience with 5 years management. Possess a dedication to the culinary team, be highly motivated, have strong creative & artistic culinary skills. Description: Responsible for the efficient & effective running of the Culinary Dept. ensuring operating costs are minimized, execution of all company policies & procedures and effective management of staff.Food Handler's certificate required. Transcribe, type & compose memos, schedules, menu descriptions etc. Establish & maintain filing system, schedule & coordinate meetings hosted by the dept. Description: Full time position, must be flexible to work weekends, evenings & holidays. Must have excellent communication and computer skills.Food Handler's certificate required. Department: HOUSEKEEPING Position: ROOM ATTENDANT Qualifications: Prior experience as a Room attendant for hotel/motel property preferred, able to work varied hours and days, including all weekends. Description: Responsible for cleaning up to 16 rooms per shift, duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning toilets, shower stalls and tubs, as well as overhead work. Must have impeccable phone etiquette, customer service and people skills. Must be well organized. Knowledge of Open Table is a plus. Department: RED RESTAURANT Position: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR Qualifications: Must have 3-5 years experience in fine dining as a lead or supervisor. Above average Wine knowledge/ Food preparation & service techniques are required. Description: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of the RED Staff. The main concern is to ensure that guests are consistently serviced in a courteous, efficient and unobtrusive manner. Department: ROOMS DIVISION Position: FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR Qualifications: Prior Front Desk and office supervisory experience. Must have good knowledge of Opera desired. Well organized and able to perform multi-task functions. Description: Mentors, guides and trains Front Desk Agents; oversees the flow and operation at the front office. Must be able to work various shifts and days as needed. Department: ROOMS DIVISION Position: RESERVATION AGENT Qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette, customer service experience, willing to work varied shifts and days. Description: 1 Full time position. Take reservation over the phone, assist guests with any requests, provides exceptional guest service. Department: ROOMS DIVISION Position: FRONT DESK AGENT Qualifications: Extensive customer service experience, willing to work varied shifts and days. Must have excellent communication skills, professional attitude and appearance. Asian language skills a plus. Description: Full time position. Handles guest’s check-in and checkouts. Assist guests with any requests, provides exceptional guest service. Department: SALES & MARKETING Position: NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER Qualifications: Experience selling to a variety of market segments. - Enjoy asking for business and closing sales. - Aggressively pursue new accounts on a weekly basis.Track record developing long-term business relationships. Description: Maintain consistent communication with clients.Work effectively with Rooms, Recreation, Catering, Conference/Convention Services and Banquet Departments. - Excellent phone sales skills. Department: SPA Position: MASSAGE THERAPIST Qualifications: Maintaining proficiency in all state of the art techniques, procedures and equipment concerning massage therapy, creating a client base by offering excellent guest service and encouraging repeat guests. Description: State & City license required upon hire, national license preferred. Must have a positive attitude, excellent guest services approach, strong work ethic. Department: SPA Position: SPA COORDINATOR Qualifications: Spa experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities include assisting guests in booking appointments, answering phones, proper billing of services and providing excellent customer service. Description: Must have flexible schedule, including weekends. Must have excellent communication skills. Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk preferred. | |||
