Department:  CIMA

Position:  SERVER

Qualifications:  Minimum 21 years of age, previous experience in a fast paced food service environment is required. Available am, weekends and holidays.Mandarin language skills a plus.

Description:  Part-Time position. Provide excellent service to guests; explaining menu and specials, taking orders, up selling, collecting bill, and other needs as required.


Department:  CONCESSIONS

Position:  CONCESSIONS CART ATTENDANT

Qualifications:  Minimum 21 years of age. This position will be expose to all types of weather conditions. Previous cash handling experience required, ability to work with little or no supervision.

Description:  Full-time positions. Responsible for driving the beverage cart and selling food & drinks to members/guests on the golf course. Ensure the cart is well stocked with all necessary products.

Position:  COOK 2

Qualifications:  Assist in preparation of daily culinary production as it may pertain to their area and in fabrication of all meat and produce items. 2 years experience in all food production. 2 years of culinary trade school. Serve safe certified.

Description:  Full time position available. Able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Position:  COOK 2

Qualifications:  Experience in pastry preferred. Has worked with high volume banquet functions.At least 2 years of culinary tradeor certification in culinary arts. Knowledge of bread baking, cake decoration & pastry making is a must

Description:  Full-Time position. Able to work various shifts including nights & weekends. Prepare pastry products for all F&B outlets.


Department:  ENGINEERING

Position:  DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Qualifications:  Must have 5 years experience as a Chief Engineer in a hotel or resort operations. Extensive knowledge in plumbing,HVAC,refrigeration, OSHA knowledge, maintenance procedures CEOE preferred

Description:  Responsible for the overall operation of the Engineering Dept. to ensure that all systems are operated to standard, all property assets are constantly maintained.


Department:  ENGINEERING

Position:  ENGINEER LEVEL 1

Qualifications:  Ability to diagnose & repair major systems such as but not limited to electrical wiring, motors, impellors, boilers, pumps, valves & mechanical piping systems, HVAC controls & operations.

Description:  Must have state certifications, hotel/resort experience preferred. 4-5 years technical or trade experience. This position is the lead or the senior engineer on duty. Able to work various shifts.

Position:  ENGINEER LEVEL 3

Qualifications:  Performs general maintenance work to ensure the resorts exterior & interior buildings maintenance quality standards are achieved.Must be able to communicate clearly written and verbally.

Description:  Mechanically inclined. Must have basic maintenance abilities. At least 18 months of maintenance experience preferred. Full-time position, able to work various shifts including nights & weekends.


Department:  FRONT OFFICE

Position:  BELL PERSON

Qualifications:  Prior bell person or valet runner experience desired. Willing and able to provide great guest service. Professional appearance and attitude. Excellent verbal communication skills. Able to drive any type of vehicle.

Description:  Assist guests with luggages, park guests vehicles, provide local information as needed. Must be available to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays.


Department:  OUTLETS

Position:  SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:  1-year minimum experience as a server-trainer or supervisor in a high volume restaurant. Great customer service skills, good knowledge in restaurant floor monitoring. Outlet hotel experience preferred.

Description:  1 Full Time Positions.Will provide support to restaurant outlet managers, monitor restaurant floor, and supervise staff performances.

Position:  COOK 3

Qualifications:  Assist in the preparation of daily culinary production as it may pertain to their area. Assist in the limited fabrication of any meat items or produce items, (i.e. Deli Tray, Fruit Displays and Vegetable Trays).

Description:  1 Full-Time position. Able to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Position:  BARTENDER

Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of 5 years bartending experience. Wine and food knowledge are essential and will play a large role in this position. Must be aware of the alcohol consumption laws and the responsibilities that come with this position.

Description:  Maintain Restaurant Bar service with maximum emphasis on customer service and guest interaction. Facilitate successful inventory pars and controls.

Position:  FOOD SERVER

Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of 5 years in a fine dining establishment with knowledge of the proper sequence of service and table etiquette. Wine and food knowledge is mandatory. Must be aware of alcohol consumption laws.

Description:  To provide 100% Guest Satisfaction through impeccable service and relentless attention to detail. Ensure proper attitude & atmosphere for guest enjoyment and relaxation.


Department:  RED RESTAURANT

Position:  ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of 3 years in a management level, supervisory role. Must have some knowledge of fine dining and the sequence of service. Above average Wine knowledge/ Food preparation & service techniques are required.

Description:  To ensure the successful operation, financial performance, quality of service, and development of service staff for the restaurant.


Department:  SPA

Position:  LEAD ESTHETICIAN

Qualifications:  Must have 3 or more years experience as a licensed esthetician, previous leadership & guest service experience. Possess valid current state license, schedule flexibility & reliability required

Description:  Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services including facial treatments, makeup app, body skin treatments & depilatory waxing services accurately. Addt'l duties mgt assist & train.
