  • SALES MANAGER

    Department: Sales

    Qualifications:
    Resort or Conference Center sales experience desired.  Enthusiastic/professional attitude with a professional business appearance.  Must be organized, have excellent communication skills and have a “think out of the box” creative approach. Bring with them an impressive database of clients. Asian language skills a plus.

    Description:
    Full time position. Salary commensurate on experience. Solicits and books meetings from nationally recognized companies.

  • SECURITY GUARD

    Department: Security

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 1 year prior experience in hotel security preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Prior security or military experience preferred. Good computer skills.

    Description:
    Full time position, able to work various shifts including weekends and nights.  Job requires to be indoors and outdoors. Able to administer first aid. Conducts routine surveillance of areas.

  • FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

    Department: Rooms Division

    Qualifications:
    Prior Front Desk and office supervisory experience. Must have good knowledge of Opera desired. Well organized and able to perform multi-task functions.

    Description:
    Mentors, guides and trains Front Desk Agents; oversees the flow and operation at the front office. Must be able to work various shifts and days as needed.

  • BELL/VALET ATTENDANT

    Department: Front Office

    Qualifications:
    Prior bell person or valet runner experience desired.  Willing and able to provide great guest service.  Professional appearance and attitude.  Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to drive any type of vehicle. Must show proof of a clean driving record from the DMV. Able to lift at least 50lbs.

    Description:
    Assist guests with luggage, park guests’ vehicles, provide local information as needed. Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • CONCIERGE

    Department: Front Office

    Qualifications:
    Must be 21 years old to pour alcohol. Computer familiarity. Prior customer service experiance, willing to work varied shifts and days. Must have excellent communication skills, professional attitude and appearance. Asian language is a plus.

    Description:
    Works inside Executive Lounge, bartends as needed, provides assistance to guests requesting theater, amusement park, sports events, movie and airline tickets.

  • FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

    Department: Full Time position. Will provide support to restaurant outlet managers, monitor restaurant floor, and supervise staff performances.

    Qualifications:
    QUALIFICATIONS: 2-year minimum experience as a server-trainer or supervisor in a high volume restaurant.  Great customer service skills, good knowledge in restaurant floor monitoring.  Outlet hotel experience preferred. Experience in upscale dining restaurant. Food Handler’s certification/card required. Job availble immediately.

  • BARTENDER

    Department: RED Restaurant

    Qualifications:
    Prior bartending experience a must.  Professional attitude and appearance.  Good wine and liquor knowledge.  Must pass pre-screening Bartender Exam.  Must be able to present a bartending certificate or have at least 5 years experience bartending to qualify.

    Description:
    Provides excellent service and experience to guests, includes explaining menu and specials of the day, taking orders and upselling. Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • FOOD RUNNER

    Department: RED Restaurant

    Qualifications:
    At least 1-2 years experiance in food service, preferably fine dining. Excellent verbal comminucation skills. Capable of performing multiple tasks, positive attitude and good customer service.

    Description:
    A food runner is a link between the kitchen and the servers by facilitating communications and assesing quality to ensure quality & accuracy of food orders. Able to work varied shifts. Food Handler's certificate required.

  • COOK 3 RED

    Department: RED Culinary

    Qualifications:
    Assist in the preparation of daily culinary production as it may pertain to their area.  Assist in the limited fabrication of any meat items or produce items, (i.e. Deli Tray, Fruit Displays and Vegetable Trays). At least 2 years experience in all food production.

    Description:
    Provides support in the production of fine dining food product for Red Restaurant. Able to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Personal and cooking interview conducted.

  • COOK 2

    Department: RED Culinary

    Qualifications:
    At least 2 years experiance in all food production. 2 years of culinary trade school preffered. Serve-Safe certification.

    Description:
    Full-time position. Able to work vaired shifts, including nights and weekends. Food handler's certificate required.

  • COOK 4

    Department: Culinary

    Qualifications:
    Ability to follow and expedite instruction and actions as required by Sous Chef. Basic food preparation and excellent sanitation skills utilized in providing a superior quality product for all customers.

    Description:
    Full-time position, able to work various shifts including nightsm weekends and holidays. Ability to learn daily work tasks and their coordination, and complete daily prep list. Food Handler's certificate required.

    Department: Housekeeping

    Qualifications:
    Must have prior experience as a housekeeper in a hotel/motel property.  Hard working individual, good communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish desired.  Monitor staff performance, able to mentor and lead by example.

    Description:
    1 Full Time position, must have flexible schedule.  Duties involves but not limited to, inspect rooms and areas assigned for cleaning to meet property standards.

  • STEWARD

    Department: Stewarding

    Qualifications:
    Accustomed to heavy physical labor. Able to bend, stoop, reach, squat, and carry heavy items. Must be able to communicate and take instruction well. Previous experience working in a kitchen environment helpful. Able to work varied shifts, weekends & holidays.

    Description:
    Cleans all kitchen equipment, floors, walls, takes out trash, stemware, silverware, and assists with all culinary preparations. Food Handler’s certification/card required

  • ROOM ATTENDANT

    Department: HOUSEKEEPING

    Qualifications:
    Prior experience as a Room attendant for hotel/motel property preferred, but willing to train individual with a friendly personality, a SMILE and a professional appearance and attitude.  Good communication skills.  Able to work varied hours and days, including all weekends

    Description:
    1 Part time position.  Responsible for cleaning and self-supervising up to 16 rooms per shift.  Duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning toilets, shower stalls and tubs, as well as overhead work.

  • MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Department: Spa

    Qualifications:
    Maintaining proficiency in all state of the art techniques, procedures and equipment concerning massage therapy, creating a client base by offering excellent guest service and encouraging repeat guests.  Will maintain a schedule of daily appointments, promote sale of salon products and services and keep/order stock as needed.  Provide Massage and Body Treatments.

    Description:
    Must have California State Certification. Has completed at least a minimum of 500 hours.  Must have a positive attitude, excellent guest services approach, strong work ethic.  Must be a team player.  Must have a flexible schedule.  Working weekends is a must. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS.
